Any changes or cancellations on your registration and/or your hotel booking must be addressed to Vibo Congresos in writing.
Registration
- Delegates cancelling before April 15th will receive a refund minus a 20% administration fee.
- No refunds can be made for cancellations from April 15th.
Accommodation
- For cancellations received before April 10th, there will be a full refund of the deposit.
- For cancellations received between April 11th and June 10th no refund of the deposit will be made.
- For cancellations received from June 10th or no shows, all booked nights are payable and will be charged. For reductions in the number of nights after this date, the nights reduced will be duly charged.
