| Late Abstract Submission | 27-15 May During this period authors can log in to the system to update the abstract/personal details and the abstract file at any time. |
| Notification deadline | 30 May Authors will find out if their abstracts have been accepted on 30 May, results will be communicated by email. |

| Abstract Submission | 14 December - 31 March During this period authors can log in to the system to update the abstract/personal details and the abstract file at any time. |
| Notification deadline | 27 April Authors will find out if their abstracts have been accepted on 27 April, results will be communicated by email. |
| Abstract Resubmission | 16 - 23 May During this period authors will be able to login to the system to view the reviewers’ comments and submit a revised abstract following the reviewers’ feedback. Please note, if an abstract requires changes and the file is not updated following the reviewers’ comments the abstract will not be published after the meeting. |
| Resubmission deadline | 24 May The submission system will close at 00:00 on 24 May, abstracts cannot be amended after 24 May. |
